An essential addition to our in-house coaching offers is the leadership and personality training with our “horse coaches”. The content of this training on and with the partner horse under the guidance of professional coaches aims to apply authentic leadership styles and skills and to verify their sustainability. The individual and team-based work with the horse from the ground allows participants unfiltered, immediate and honest feedback on their leadership abilities.
